Yes you can delete files, unless they are dated today in which case Legacy may be using it, in your temp folder. Those are normally deleted when you exit Legacy but they will be left behind if Legacy, or your computer, shuts down incorrectly.

Files seems to be range from 2018 to 2019 and the files, mostly .bmp and .tmp files seem to have been created in batches on certain dates.

There is only 1 file dated 2020 and this is from April.
