No.
Sources in that Unspecified field are reported with Name sources.
There is a request logged to be able to find the people with sources in
that Unspecified field.
If you know the sources that have ended up there (eg that's one of the
options when sourcing an imported file) you can Show list from that
Master source to get a list of people.
