Reg, I long time ago I subscribed to MH website and found the attitude or culture behind it to be vile. They used every dirty trick to try getting more money out of me. The website was misleading or did not have full disclosure. If it did, it was buried. The website contained various options, which when selected, were totally ignored. Maybe MH only treats Australians like idiots or suckers. I do not want to waste any more of my time on MH, even to give more details or examples of their vile behaviour.
