Hi Cathy, Well after two weeks, I tried again with the few new individuals I have added since the update, and all is working again!!! Preview and print individual report fine.
I did check I had not made anyone Private or Invisible, which I have never used anyway. So I expect something in Windows or Microsoft365 Access was the culprit. Windows 10 did another update in the last few days. I had seen a locked Access file in my legacy Temp files when first trying to fix this which may have been the problem. So now a happy Chappie 😊 Cheers Ian. -----Original Message----- From: LegacyUserGroup <[email protected]> On Behalf Of Cathy Pinner Sent: Monday, March 13, 2023 5:30 PM To: Legacy User Group <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Unable to view /print Individual reports Works fine for me Ian. Did you make these new people Private or Invisible? You'd have to change their privacy status OR override Privacy in the Privacy Options under the Report options. Also check whether you have a related marriage relationship checked as Private.
