We deserve the blut words...   Legacy 2.0 was developed with Microsoft
Visual Basic 4.0 16 bit version.  There are some problems and
Microsoft just won't support the older 16 bit tools.  I wish we could
figure out why some people can work with regional setting other than
US English while many cannot.  There are some problems with VB and the
Core Windows system files that are in use.  VB 4.0 has been a nice
development tool and

Legacy 3.0 is a 32 bit application with all of the newest tools and we
are hoping that it's going to work smothly for everyone and will work
as hard as we can to make that possible.
