Sorry. False Alarm!!
Somehow in moving the files from one computer onto another the problem files
got changed to "Read Only". It would have been helpful if Legacy had simply
check the file attribute and reported it as being set to read only instead
of simply kicking up an error message without a clue as to what went wrong.
