Update on the steps to follow when wanting who was where.
The Master Location List can be printed following these simple steps:
1. Click on View from the menu bar, select Master Lists from the View
menu, and choose Location... from the submenu.
2. In the Master Lists window, highlight the Location click the Show List
button and select
Print.. from the Show List menu .
3. There are other options available after choosing Print.
