Wish I could share your enthusiasm. The new update didn't solve my problem. Guess some problems are tougher than others. I'm surprised that no one else seems to be having this problem. Maybe you are and don't know it. I might not have noticed it for a long time if it hadn't been my wife's grandfather and aunt who were affected. As a reminder, the problem involves the same name appearing twice in the name list with two different RINs. Click on one you get to grandpa, click on the other you get to the aunt. Click on the name list when the aunt is highlighted and you jump to grandpa's unknown mother. At least that is how mine works. You might want to check your names for two of the same. I'm a little perplexed that no one from support has contacted me in answer to several questions that I put on the forum. Like is it safe for me to continue adding data to my file, etc. Bill in Sales told me that it was a known bug, but that was the last I heard. I'm probably just being impatient.
