Is there any progress on fixing the problem
where sources are being allocated to the wrong individuals? I queried this
about 6 weeks ago. Legacy Support asked me to send them my data files and
I did that about a month ago. It is clear that several other people are
having the same problem.
Did you get those data files and have you any
idea when it will be fixed?
I've downloaded the 27th July update and the problem is still
there.
This is very frustrating as the Individual Reports are
basically useless. I'd like to send some information to relatives for them
to review but the reports don't make any sense.
Surely fixing a fundemental problem like this should be a
fairly high priority?
