Ron, I have done a GEDCOM 5.5 from Uft to Legacy for 2 projects and my Bio & Research notes all imported as well as all my sources except those citations that were embedded in the Bio & Research Notes. Legacy does not provide for embedded citations in Notes. I really wished it did. There was very little clean up, mostly odd bits of data placed in Events that I would perfer to have somewhere else. I was really very impressed with how clean the import was. Much better than the import to TMG although the 4.0a TMG is suppose to be much improved, if it ever gets released.
