Hi Scott,
I ran into the same problem.  Go to your toolbar and click on "view".  Then 
go to "Master Lists"  this is a drop down. Select "Location" and then choose 
San Juan DE Allende.  You can then make the DE a de and save.  You will be 
told that this will change all of the locations under the old listing and do 
you want to do that.  Click yes and your problem is solved.
