[LegacyUG] Consistency in Build Notes

Legacy Users

I don't know if you look at both copies of the Build notes.
One is contained in the announcement by Ken on the mail list
and the other is sent by the News Editor as a mail message to
everyone's individual mail box.

They do not always agree in content.

Compare those for the October 24 release. There are 5 paragraphs
common to both but about 7 paragraphs appear in each one which
are not in the other.

You may miss some important info by looking at just one.
