I guess I am just lucky. Have never had a problem with Legacy 3 Deluxe.
This delightful program has performed elegantly and I use all the features
it offers. I take backups while I'm working. I also take a backup before I
close the program. I have varied between selecting "backup" from the
drop-down menu and answering yes to backup on exit. Usually, I've already
taken the backup before I exit since I want to make sure it completes, so on
exit I choose "skip".
I use rw CDs for weekly backups, and have the last six days of backups on a
harddisk separate from the disk where Legacy runs.
Maybe I should "knock on wood". I have used/experimented the majority of
genealogy software available and never been so satisfied. Legacy is a super
program! :->
