This is general and not directed at Tom - I am not certain that I have
understood correctly, so please forgive me if that is the case. I believe
the problem with html comes when a user has his mail program set up to send in
html format instead of text. I use Outlook Express. By going into
Options>Send I can select either "plain text" or "html". I select
"plain text". I believe most mail programs have similar setup
options. I receive mail from others who use AOL and their message
text is okay. I think the problem occurs when the "html" format is
selected.
