You can. Hold down the control key while you are selecting locations to be
mapped into a correctly worded location, and they will all be highlighted.
When you tell Legacy to map them, all but one will lose the highlight, but
the program will merge all the locations into one. (If you make a mistake,
the deed is done and you have to go to a backup to find out what the
original was. :-( )
On most lists in windows, holding the control key will retain the highlight
on every item you select, while the shift key will highlight every location
between the first one and the selected one, so you can select many items in
a long list by just clicking the first and the last.
