There is a way to do this with Internet Explorer, Bill, but you'll have to work at it just a bit. First, create a new set of webpages on your computer - BUT be sure to turn off the Legacy footers, particularly the ones that have links to Legacy pages (otherwise you'll be printing a lot of pages you don't want). Check through the setup options and un-select any other optional links you may be putting in, such as links to a home page, etc. In IE open the Index of Names page (should be Names.htm), and use the <ctrl-P> command (or File/Print) to start the printing process. At the lower left of the menu that comes up for printing, select the "Print all linked pages" option, start the printing process, and take a walk for a while... Check it over when you're through, but that should get all the pages in the set. If you try to print from the table of contents page, you'll only get a few pages because it doesn't link to all the individual record pages. I played with this a bit because my printer allows me to preview before printing - but *after* the computer sends those pages to the printer. It will work, but you'll have a lot of pages... :>) I don't know whether other browsers offer this same feature of printing all the linked pages or not. I've also got Netscape 4.7 installed and it does NOT offer that print all linked pages feature. -jcl John Lancaster Freelance Business/Tech Writer Email: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Webpage: http://home.swbell.net/jclanc/ > > > Have been using Legacy for about 5 weeks and in that short time > have entered > a total of 751 persons with notes and stories.
