Thanks Mary, I was hoping before I went to all the trouble of changing things again that someone could tell me whether it was bug and would be fixed in the future. I get tired of changing things that I've worked so hard on. About the notes at the end? In your report options there is a place to check if you want them to print out are you sure it's checked? I don't know why they wouldn't print if you check for them too and they weren't privatized. You have to check for the parent and the children too maybe that's it.
