There is an email list well monitored by the programmer. Send an email
(subscribe in the subject line) to:

I have gotten same day responses to most of my questions & suggestions.

I've tried to communicate with the principals unsuccessfully. How
do I communicate with them? Send a suggestion? Ask a question?
