Thanks for the clarification.
I have been able to create a modified descendant report with bugs in it, similar to
those you report - but not exactly the same. If I run an MDR with the program
defaults - its fine the same single name appears on the separate title page, the title
on the first page of the report and every subsequent page. However, if I alter only
one box in the Heading Layout to include 'field names', eg [HusbFullname] &
[WifeFullname]I then get flakey results. It works OK if both the page heading boxes
have the names coded, otherwise the name in the box without coding seems to be stuck
on the person whose name was selected when I inserted the code.
My suggestion is to check the Heading Layout section of the MRP setup. Change both
boxes. See if that solves your 1st problem, I think the 2nd problem is related to the
first and the field name coding. Check out Legacy Help 'Report Title Options' as well.
