I could venture a guess on this, but no guarantee it will work ...
I would use the "Search" feature to select all Individuals that do
not have a record number of 10350. Then I would export this to a new
Legacy file using the Focus Group option to add current search
results. Be sure to check out the other options on the export screen
and set them as you want them.
IF the problem really is record 10350, you should be successful
exporting. If you have a clue as to who 10350 was, you'd want to
reenter that person's data at this point, of course.
I used a similar technique to repair a mangled database recently, and
it worked fine.
