Are we correct in assuming that what the "embedded sources" advocates are proposing is that ONLY THE SOURCE CITATION NUMBERS would be embedded in Notes at the end of the comments to which each source applies, and not the entire source citation information (which would still appear at the end of each individual or the end of the report)?
