Thanks very much to everyone who made suggestions concerning my problem getting a Legacy Gedcom to a Family Treemaker (Version 4.0) user. I have now been able to confirm that my Gedcom CAN be received by someone else with FTW, so I guess the problem is on my frustrated cousin's end, and she doesn't wish to try it again. But at least I know my end is working! I'll just send her a report instead...
