[LegacyUG] web pages

After you have created your web pages using Legacy, when you upload
using ftp do you upload the whole "web" file, or the two sub files
independently (web page file and photo file), or 3) do you open the
subfiles and load them independently? I spent 7.5 hours uploading to a
site last night and after it was finished, only the photo on the first
page showed up.
