I couldn't find this error listed in the Error messages in the Troubleshooting Guide. I used to get it every single time when I tried to add a new child...something about an RIN number and a conflict and I would always have to choose "no" and then the screen would come up to add a new person (rather that clicking "yes" which would just give the same error message again...it was an annoying problem, but I got used to it!). Anyway, I guess I was getting confused with Error 3022, so I downloaded the Jetpack, and installed it. I just tried to duplicate the error message a half dozen times by trying to add more children and it doesn't come up anymore! So I'm guessing that the Jetpack fixed this error also?
