Should have mentioned - my working copy of my data is on a
laptop (easy to take somewhere). Every week or two I
transfer a copy to the desktop where it's handy for
e-mailing info, for example. We also periodically put a
backup on a Zip disk in our safe-deposit box. And once or
twice a year I put a latest-copy on my mother's machine,
located 1000 miles from us. No way am I going to lose the
bulk of my data!
