You are hitting the wrong "Save" button. The one you are using is for saving
the report settings you have established. Just above that are some
choices -- Text, HTML, Screen. Choose one and hit "Create" in the upper
right corner. Choose where you want it saved and hit okay. You now have a
file that can be edited and pasted into an email. Alternately, choose
"Preview" and after that screen loads, pick PDF or RTF.

Give it a try and let us know.

What was it that you saved. Jpeg is for a graphics file, pictures etc. If
it is a genealogy report you are saving, you can save it as an RTF file or
even a PDF file. We need more information to help you.

Question how do you save REPORTS in RTF or PDF file? All I get is user file
*.rf0. that is my only choice to save reports or load reports. I want to
send emails that are not large text when it gets there. I sent in 10 or
12pts but they recieve it in 72 pts.
