Hi Dave & List, This is about the same thing that I'm planning on doing.  I'd love to link from the Legacy Generated individual record to a WORD file or EXCEL file rather than go through the two step process of creating two home/index pages.  I was going to convert my WORD & EXCEL files to HTML so anybody with a browser could read them from the CD.  Some of these WORD files are quite large and I'd hate to paste them into LEGACY note files.
