Kathi and Ron,
I use Prodigy.  I both send and receive large (~2 MB) Engineering CAD files 
with no problem.  I do not recall what the max actually is.

when I get booted for sending an HTML that I didn't know I sent.

Check with Prodigy.  I read on this or some other forum that people on
Prodigy could not send an attachment if it was large.  I have no other
knowledge of this matter.  Hope this helps.
