Don't know if this is what you want but if it were me I would designate one of the tags strictly for the ones I want to be kept as private at the time I am entering the information.. you may change your mind by untagging at any time. If the info is all ready entered I would go thru the list and tag the ones to be private as the tag you have designated for private. When setting up your report simply exclude the ones designated as private by excluding the tag you set up.
