It seems I have a couple of extra ancestors in my file! George has a difficult situation. His parents, James & Mary, and his father's parents, Thomas & Margaret, don't belong to him afterall! However it turns out that George's "3rd great-grandfather", Anthony & wife Elizabeth are his parents! Now you might be wondering how this could be..??. I began my research with a legal paper, from my grandfather's personal papers, that contained about 10 generation (names only) genealogy. I knew grandpa had been orphanned by age 7 so I've had my doubts about the accuracy of this paper all along. I have decided I have enough information to correct this line and put the information from grandpa's papers in his notes, just incase later I discover I am wrong. ;)
Actually I meant to correct this before I exported from PAF. Is it possible to remove James & Mary and Thomas & Margaret without making a complete mess of my family file? By the way, both only had the one child listed in the file. Regards, Peggy __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Great stuff seeking new owners in Yahoo!
