No, there isn't. Right off the bat I can see two ways to achieve this (and there is probably a couple more). 1) Add an Unlinked (dummy) Individual whom you could name "Idont Wannaloosethis" and add all the Locations and Sources you don't want to be purged to him. 2) Create a New File called "DontPurge" and from the Master List add all the Locations and Sources you want (those that you don't want to be purged). These Locations and Sources can be Imported any time into any other Legacy files.
