Sherry just reminded me of a concern of mine - that users often believe they have a backup of their database in a gedcom. I have often read (not necessarily in the Legacy User Group) that it is suggested to use a gedcom submitted to a service, or to a relative for use as an off-site copy. Just felt it was important to stress that the gedcom, while it contains much of the data, is not a backup of the Legacy database or multimedia.
