Sherry: Yes I ran the update it said none needed, I did find the trouble shooting site they say to check if my Video Card Driver needs updating. Quess I'll give that a try see if it helps. I'm on Windows 98 operating system. I'll keep trying, if anyone has a further Idea let me know. Thanks for help.-Barb
