Stephanie- Well, yes and no. I keep legacy 3 and Legacy 4 on separate drives. Those data files I want to use on both I maintain two copies of. One for Legacy 3.0 and one for Legacy 4.0. If I change one file, I have to remember to change the other. It is not workable to use the same data file on both versions. I do this for comparison purposes, but other than that, I can't think of a good reason to have both versions on the computer at the same time. It is +way+ too easy to open a file in legacy 4.0, and not be able to open in Legacy 3.0 when they are both on the computer.
