[LegacyUG] Medical Notes

The developers are well aware of the medical notes problem. Their first task is was to document where and when this problem was occurring. It was apparently not happening to everyone. Now that that is done, I am sure the actual work on the correcting the problem has already started. I have full faith they will issue an upgrade soon. We need to give them a few days- this +is+ the weekend.
