Hello Sherry, I volonteer for the German part Bernd -----Ursprungliche Nachricht----- Von: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Auftrag von Sherry Gesendet: Mittwoch, 19. Marz 2003 18:54 An: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Betreff: RE: [LegacyUG] Customize language
Erik, The programmers are currently working on language versions of Legacy. We don't have a release date set, however. There are several areas where you can customize Legacy in your own language. In the three book reports, after you select the report, there's a tab called "Wording" and you can enter that information in your language. Plus on the marriage information window you can change wording options for family view labels and report phrases (those are done on an individual basis). Any of the items in the master lists can be changed to another language, including the default event sentence definitions. There will still be a few words in English that are hard-coded in, but you see how much you can customize yourself. We are happy to accept volunteers to help us with translation and testing! Please email me at mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] if you're interested in helping and I'll see that the programmers get the information.
