Mary,
There are different Report Options for each report you choose to make. In
the "Individual" report, 'Spouse's Notes' (and it's options) is grayed out
because it is a report for the INDIVIDUAL (not the Spouse)

Are you SURE the [[ ]] is included around all of the 'Spouse's Notes'
options, in the Report Options, on the Include tab, under the Descendant
(Register) Book Report Options?

The only thing I see enclosed in [[ ]] (double brackets) is:
            Print [[ Private ]] notes Remove [[ ]]

When "Print [[Private]] notes" is UNchecked, then "Remove [[ ]]" is grayed
out, as it should be because you cannot remove the double brackets if the
private notes enclosed in them is printed.

You MUST check the box beside "Spouse's Notes" or else the other options
under "Spouse's Notes" will be grayed out.

Louise
