Jan,
was the 'double' marriage of your grandmother her first, second or third
marriage?  I think the problem occurs when the double marriage is the third
or greater.  I think the first two marriages show up OK.

My aunt married two different men in her first and second marriage.  She
married a different man her third marriage.  They divorced, and she married
her third husband a second time.  She had two children by each of her three
different husbands.  On my report, the marriages to her third husband does
not show at all--neither the first time nor the second one.
