To set a fixed surety level other than 3 go to Options/Customize/Sources/Default surety level. It's set to 3 by default, and you may change it for a shorter or longer time. You may change this setting a master source by setting another level at the Source Clipboard

Ever since I upgraded to the 4.0.0.269 version of Legacy Deluxe, I cannot get the surety level in the source clipboard to stay set to anything other than 3 / Almost Certain. Is this a bug?
