To split off a family, tag everyone you want to split off, then File>Export
all Tag 1 (e.g.) individuals to a new Legacy file. You can then delete them
from the main file.

Subject: [LegacyUG] past messages

Hello list,
I have been trying all day to access the past messages by clicking on the
link for past messages. Every time I get the deadly "The page cannot be
displayed". Does anyone know how to get to the past messages? Or, maybe
someone can tell me how to split my database? I want to take off two
families and make separate db's for them. I know I read about this in the
past but cannot seem to get back there. Thanks in advance Myrna ROBERTS
