Jeanne & Linda,
Is the footnote problem on a WinXP system or older version of Windows. With
prints from screen or RTF? If RTF reports, what word processor is used to
view them? Can you provide steps to duplicate the problem using the Legacy
sample file? It doesn't have data in some available fields and the
individual report doesn't seem to include sources by default. Clicking on
the R to reset report options sometimes helps after an update.

I have not (yet) identified a footnote problem with July 16 build using
WinXP and Word 2002 but there was a major variation in fonts for descendant
narrative saved as RTF in earlier builds of Legacy 3 and 4 up to about June
2002. Windows ME and XP computers had different results in font size for the
same report than Win98 and Win2000 computers using Word 2000. -- Elizabeth
