Jim,
I get the full name including Surname in the body of the report and in the
report Index as well. It appears just as it has been entered in the AKA.
After reading your message, I thought maybe we were talking about the
reports in two different versions of Legacy, so I checked them in both
Legacy4 (28 Oct) and in Legacy5 (12 Nov). I got full names in all the
reports Including the Indexes.
I even check out the Index Options by using both formats--Style 1 and Style2
(using leaders). I got the same results--Full name including Surname in
both the report body and report Index.
The only things I can think of to help you with your problem is to suggest
that you to :
1. Do a File Maintenance - Check/Repair
2. Check your Index Options format
If the problem still exists, check out each AKA and make 'sure' that the
FULL name (including Surname) has been entered in the AKA.

Where a 'Full' name has been entered, I get the 'Full' name. I always enter
the name AND the Surname. I checked out the reports you listed and I am
getting the names exactly as the are entered in AKA.
