My point is that if Legacy is going to export, with its source, the child-parent relationship, it ought to export it whatever value the field takes. Anything else you put there (like "Foster") exports, it is only Biological that does not. Doesn't make any sense, but I'm guessing it's just an oversight - it was not included in reports, either, to begin with, but this was pointed out and fixed.

Legacy has some customer-requested fields. Location notes are exported in
the default Legacy GEDCOM but not imported by another genealogy program that
has a different method for Location notes.

Before entering many sources for Parent-Child relationships, check a
Standard GEDCOM 5.5 export when data is transferred to relatives using other
genealogy programs. Legacy 4 also had a change to GEDCOM imports recently.
October and earlier versions of Legacy 4 had different note spacing for a
GEDCOM imported from Legacy 5.

The fields for Children's settings have changed. Right click on a child's
name in Legacy 4 and right click on a child's name in Legacy 5.

Biological relationships are left blank in Legacy 5 and used to show Natural
for some GEDCOMs opened in Legacy 4.

I see that Biological Parent-Child relationships are now making it into
reports, but it appears that it is not being exported to gedcom, which
of course means any sources attached to it also are lost. Adopted,
Foster, etc appear to transfer fine, but Biological gets left out.
