Many thanks for your reply re my query.
Option 3 appears to be the best option in a round about way, while not
actually deleting the Path, I can bring up the individuals and tag them to
an allocated tag number , but I would still have to check each individual to
see what sources are there, but like you said, very wishy washy. I use my
owe filing system and numbers re File ID on all sources anyway, which does
print out on reports where the actual hard copy is so better then nothing. I
guess as the program developers do more and more they will get the reports
to include file addresses, as well as another of my pet hopes which is a
report listing  File ID's and what sources are connected to them
 I'll keep adding these word /excel files anyway as handy when looking at
someone to double click the picture/video icon and have the file appear
straight away without looking for it.
