Hi Rick,
After much playing with my river and mountain names, I decided that they
would work just fine as city names rather than in the address area.  I
too have gone through my whole file and entered County on the long line,
and Co. on the short fields.  The reports now make a lot more sense and
there is no ambiguity if I forgot commas at 2 a.m.

I love this program.  The user group should be counted amongst its
features and benefits.
