Hello Sherry. O.K., I got the Lat / Long printing out; not where I really wanted it, but usable.
However the problem with the TOTAL page count is still there. It appears that the total page count is just for the main report, but does not include the Soure Citations page; the Name Index page; or the Location Index page. I now have a total of 6 printed pages, but the printed page count only goes up to 3, which is the total for the main report.
