I go to the source list, choose show list, tag all people on it. Then go to main search list, find tagged, go to the print on the SL page, Under List Report Options , hit customize, choose event witness, print (preview it).
This is convoluted to do continuously, but for a requested report once or twice a month, should not be to tiring.

Rich,

I too set up events for witnesses. I have an event called "sponsor" which is for godparents, best man, etc.. But I must use my sources differently than you, because, for example, I have a source called "St John's church records" and all the St. John's church baptisms/marriages/burials use that source, with the source detail having the book/page number etc. So if I want to see all the people involved in one particular baptism, I can't just tag everyone using the source, as I'd get all church events. So it's very convoluted.

I think the solution lies in being able to link individuals to events, which I think is being planned for the future.

Brenda.
