Although the short name can be rather long, why do you need the four fields? It would be good if Legacy could put a caveat that if you make a location field longer than X you will run into printing problems. The problem is that many of us do not want the field size any larger, because we don't use the extended space, and would rather have a cleaner printout. This is only a personal opinion. Rich in LA CA
