Well and good if that is your only use for those location tags. I use them
in different ways, so would like -- as an option, then -- to have them
preserved.

I'd prefer to have the tag untagged on import, as is currently done.  I tag
the Locations for import, but then don't want these tags getting
intermingled with the existing tags in the destination database.

So I'm happy with how it works now.
