OK, I had to actually enter a new person to see the behavior in the reports since I do
record Baptism as an event. Although I have Legacy set to use the term 'baptism' for
'christening', I have never used that field when entering data. It's been so long
since I've entered a new person, I'd forgotten how the data entry screen looks. Now I
understand what Cathy is referring to and yes, sadly, it is misbehaving. :-) Thank you
for the clarification.

: Baptism is (usually) not an "event" with a sentence
: structure that can be changed. It may be included in the
: same sentence with the birth information if desired. There
: is a global option to use "baptised" instead of
: "christened", which is not working properly at present,
: specifically in books.

date and place. I don't use the event sentences, so I'm not certain what unchecking
that does or does not do. Perhaps someone else will have suggestions for other areas
to check for settings.
