OK, I had to actually enter a new person to see the behavior in the reports since I do record Baptism as an event. Although I have Legacy set to use the term 'baptism' for 'christening', I have never used that field when entering data. It's been so long since I've entered a new person, I'd forgotten how the data entry screen looks. Now I understand what Cathy is referring to and yes, sadly, it is misbehaving. :-) Thank you for the clarification.

I don't use the event sentences, so I'm not certain what unchecking that does or does not do. Perhaps someone else will have suggestions for other areas to check for settings. : > : > : > Mary : > [EMAIL PROTECTED] : > : : : Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: : http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp : : To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: : http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ : : To unsubscribe please visit: : http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp : : Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ To unsubscribe please visit: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp
